Why fear?

Why fear? I do not fear because i know Christ is on my side. "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear ... "1st John 4:18.  Jesus can easily cast you out of fear. Wouldn't you want to know that your loved then fear that your not loved? People fear that they are not going to find love. Why fear when you know you can simply have Jesus and if your meant to find love Jesus will give you love. You can not know what true love is because true love is only from God. You cannot love if you do not know God? If you don't know God then how do you know love? Fear is a feeling from the devil. God did not create that feeling. Why would God want you to fear when he made life beautiful?  So fear is an emotion that is not needed not intended and not useful.  The definition of fear is  An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. Well doesn't that sound healthy? No fear was not intended why would God want you to feel like something is dangerous or causes you pain, or can even threaten your life? The devil tries to make you feel this horrible things and blame it on God which its clearly not. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."Deuteronomy 31:6. God will not leave us or forsake us so why do we feel like he will?
